Why GoVeganSmarter™ Exists
I didn’t change my diet because it was trendy.
I changed because my failing health (i.e., systematic inflammation, randomly passing out, organ failure (feminine, thyroid, liver, kidneys and more as well as exposure to toxic medicines, environments and food a child). Had I not changed my diet, I would not have lived to see 34. Shortly after, I lost my cousin to breast cancer.
Sixteen years later, this 48-year-old vegan looks and feels better than I ever did in my 30’s. I consume a healthy but delicious diet. Working out and detoxing often allow room for indulging in guilty pleasures from time-to-time. Veganism is not for everyone, but it works for me. And maybe it will work for you. Along the way, I’ve helped hundreds of people transition to veganism and many more adopt healthier lifestyles that actually fit their lives.
